Rad Sister is a feminist and sustainability-focused t-shirt company that donates proceeds to non-profit organizations that support women in all aspects. This internship will be a combination of social media, content creation, SEO, brand development, and more. Social media content would be the heaviest aspect with the use of Canva, followed by influencer and media outreach. SEO and Shopify will be used to enhance the website. A writing component for the quarterly newsletter is also a priority. Some graphic design will be involved if the student is familiar with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, but not necessary. This will be a very well-rounded position, allowing a student to grow in many aspects, including marketing, social media, content creation, and graphic design.

Girlboss

The term “girlboss” took on a mind of its own and became this whirlwind of a trend. The girlboss character was almost impossible to obtain. It became completely intertwined with career success and if you were not beating out men for their positions, then you were not considered a girlboss.

Traveling Alone

For my senior year spring break, I visited Florence, Italy. My internship supervisor gave me the opportunity to write about it for a blog post.

Traveling alone taught me so much about myself. I am more independent than I ever thought I would be.
